What should I include for billing questions?
Send the account email and a short note about what you expected to happen, such as trouble starting a trial, managing a subscription, returning from checkout, requesting a refund, or reporting an unauthorized transaction.
How do refunds or unauthorized transaction reports work?
Email support with the account email, charge date, receipt or Stripe email if available, and what happened. Website subscription requests are reviewed through Homeschool Legal Prep support; Apple purchases are handled through Apple subscription support.
What helps with bug reports?
Tell us which screen you were on, what you tapped, and what happened next. Screenshots are welcome when they help explain the issue.
