Delete your account in the app

Signed-in users can delete their account directly inside Homeschool Legal Prep.

  1. Open the Account tab.
  2. Go to Danger Zone.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Review the warning and export your records first if needed.
  5. Type DELETE and confirm.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email amanda@homeschoollegalprep.com from the email address used for your Homeschool Legal Prep account and ask us to delete your account. We may verify your identity before completing the request.

What is deleted

  • Your app account and authentication record.
  • Family setup, student records, schedules, subjects, and logged instruction hours.
  • Uploaded work samples and portfolio files tied to the account.

What may be retained

Limited billing, deletion, tax/accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or legal-compliance records may be retained when required. Stripe or Apple subscription records remain governed by the platform where the subscription was purchased.
